## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT ATTEMPTED TO START THE ENGINE. THE AIRCRAFT BATTERY WAS TOO LOW TO TURN OVER THE PROPELLER. THE PILOT EXITED THE AIRCRAFT AFTER TURNING OFF MASTER POWER, TO CYCLE THE PROPELLER. AIRCRAFT ENGINE STARTED AFTER THE PROPELLER WAS TURNED BY HAND THROUGH THE COMPRESSION STROKE. THE AIRCRAFT TRAVELED DOWN THE TAXIWAY BETWEEN TWO ROWS OF HANGARS UNDER POWER WITHOUT THE PILOT ON BOARD. THE AIRCRAFT VEERED LEFT UNTIL THE LEFT WINGTIP STRUCK A HANGAR DOOR WHICH CAUSED THE AIRCRAFT TO TURN INTO AND STRIKE THE HANGAR DOOR. THE PLANE WENT THROUGH THE DOOR AND IMPACTED A BEECHCRAFT BONANZA, N648BW, PARKED INSIDE. THE AIRCRAFT CAME TO REST ONCE THE WINGS WERE STOPPED BY THE HANGAR DOOR.
