## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT IN COMMAND (PIC) WENT THROUGH THE LANDING CHECK LIST PRIOR TO LANDING AND EXTENDED THE GEAR. THE GEAR EXTENDED AND ALL THREE LANDING GEAR LIGHTS WERE GREEN INDICATING THE GEAR WAS PROPERLY EXTENDED AND LOCKED. DURING ROLL OUT FROM OAKLAND RUNWAY RW15 ONTO THE TAXIWAY, BOTH MAIN GEARS RETRACTED RESULTING IN THE AIRCRAFT COLLAPSING ONTO THE MAIN GEAR DOORS LEAVING THE NOSE WHEEL FULLY EXTENED. THE PIC DURING TAXING FROM THE RUNWAY CAUGHT THE CUFF OF HIS SWEATER ON THE FUEL SELECTOR KNOB WHILE REACHING FOR THE FLAP HANDLE. PIC INADVERTENTLY WHILE REACHING TO RAISE THE FLAPS PULLED THE GEAR LEVER BACK TO THE NEUTRAL POSITION BY MISTAKE INSTEAD OF RETRACKING THE FLAPS. WHEN THE AIRCRAFT CAME TO REST THE PILOT AFTER EXITING THE AIRCRAFT SAW THAT THE FLAPS WERE STILL IN THE EXTENDED POSITION.

## Other reports on N6665V (1)

Matched to the same aircraft by N-number and date.

- [Incident 19930508016479I](https://openairdocs.org/incident/19930508016479I), May 8, 1993: Blanca 1730 (N6665V), Half Moon Bay, CA, Minor damage. Pilot forgot to lower landing gear due to heavy traffic in pattern. Landed gear up.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
