## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

DURING THE TAKEOFF ROLL FROM JVY ON RUNWAY 36, TO OSU IN N6758C, A BARON 58, A GUST OF WIND LIFTED THE AIRCRAFT PRIOR TO ROTATION SPEED AND PUSHED THE AIRCRAFT TO THE LEFT SLIGHTLY. CONCERNED THAT THE AIRCRAFT MIGHT STRIKE THE RUNWAY EDGE LIGHTS THE PILOT LIFTED THE LEFT WING. THE PILOT SAID THE GUST DISSIPATED AND THE AIRCRAFT SANK BACK TOWARD THE GROUND. THE TAKEOFF WAS ABORTED AT THIS POINT. THE THROTTLES WERE RETARDED AND SHE PUSHED THE NOSE OVER SLIGHTLY TO ENSURE THAT THE AIRCRAFT WOULD NOT DEPART THE END OF THE RUNWAY. WHILE MAINTAINING CONTROL THE PILOT SLOWED THE AIRCRAFT TO A STOP AND TAXIED BACK TO THE BEGINNING OF THE RUNWAY. PILOT PROCEEDED WITH THE FLIGHT TO OSU AS SCHEDULED. AT OSU THE PILOT PICKED UP THE LOAD AND PROCEEDED TO LCK WHERE THE DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT WAS NOTED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
