## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AIRCRAFT EXPERIENCED HYDRAULIC FAILURE WHILE FLYING FROM SAN FANCISCO. CREW REPORTED THEY HAD HYDRAULIC ISSUE PRIOR TO MAKING PRECAUTIONARY LANDING AT PHX SKY HARBOR AIRPORT.

AIRCRAFT LANDED AT PHX WITH NO FURTHER PROBLEMS.

MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL LOOKED OVER THE AIRCRAFT AND FOUND A HYDRAULIC LEAK HAD DEVELOPED IN A LINE WHICH CAUSED THE HYDRAULIC PUMP MOTOR TO BURN OUT. IT WAS DETERMINED THE OVER PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE FAILED AND THE HYDRAULIC PRESSURE SYSTEM DID NOT SHUT DOWN.

LANDMARK AVIATION PERFORMED REPAIRS TO THE AIRCRAFT AND RETURNED IT TO SERVICE. THE FOLLOWING IS WHAT REPAIRS WERE MADE ON W.O. 10560 - REPLACED BROKEN HYDRAULIC LINE, REPLACED #2 ENGINE HYDRAULIC PUMP, REPLACED OVER PRESSURE RELIEF.

AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE ON 1/22/2014 AND HAS EXPERIENCED NO FURTHER HYDRAULIC ISSUES

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
