ON TAKEOFF WATER SPILLED OUT OF THE FORWARD GALLEY ICE BIN.  FLIGHT ATTENDANT SLIPPED AND INJURED HER HEAD AND FOOT.  FLIGHT RETURNED TO CHARLOTTE WHERE MEDICAL ATTENTION WAS RECIEVED.
