## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE PILOT REPORTED AT APPROXAMTELY 0900 HE DEPARTED THE PYX (PERRYTON TEXAS AIRPORT) WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS.. UPON ARRIVAL TO THE ADS (ADDISON TEXAS AIRPORT) THE LANDING GEAR WAS EXTENDED AT THAT TIME HE DID NOT GET A DOWN AND LOCKED INDICATION. A FLY BY THE TOWER REPORTED THAT THERE WAS SOMETHING HANGING FROM THE NOSE LANDING GEAR. DURING THE ROLLOUT THE NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED. THERE WAS NO INJURY S TO THE PILOT OR TWO DOGS ONBOARD. THE AIRCRAFT DAMAGE WAS LIMITED TO THE PROPELLER AND NOSE GEAR DOOR. THE TOW BAR WAS STILL ATTACHED TO THE AIRCRAFT. THE PILOT REPORTED THAT HE WAS DISTRACTED DURING THE PREFLIGHT AND THE TOW BAR WAS ATTACHED TO THE AIRCRAFT AT DEPARTURE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
