## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON ARRIVING AT AIRPORT FOR EVENING DEPARTURE, AIRCRAFT HAD ACCUMULATED SNOW AND ICE AND WAS TOWED INTO HANGAR WHERE HEAT AND DEICING FLUID WAS APPLIED. AFTER SNOW AND ICE WAS MELTED/REMOVED, LOADED AIRCRAFT WITH 4 PAX AND TAXIED TO RUNWAY 30 DURING WHICH THE PIC CHECKED FOR ANY SNOW ACCUMULATION. ALL FALLING SNOW APPEARED TO BE MELTING. DURING TAKE-OFF ROLL, PIC DIVERTED ATTENTION TO WING SURFACE TO RECHECK FOR CONTAMINATION AND AT ABOUT 50KT AIRSPEED DURING VISUAL INSPECTION OF WING AIRCRAFT DRIFTED OFF THE RUNWAY STRIKING A RUNWAY LIGHT WITH THE LEFT PROPELLER. THE AIRCRAFT WAS STOPPED AND TAXIED BACK TO THE RAMP AREA WHERE IT WAS DISCOVERED THE LEFT PROPELLER WAS DAMAGED. THE AIRCRAFT WAS PUT INTO A STORAGE HANGER TO DETERMINE COURSE OF ACTION, WHERE IT REMAINS AT THE TIME OF THIS REPORT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
