As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ WAS ATTEMPTING TO LAND ON RUNWAY 35 AT JYO WITH CROSSWINDS OF 15 KNOTS GUSTING TO 25 KNOTS. A GUST OF WIND FORCED THE AIRCRAFT OVER THE GRASS MEDIAN AND ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ ATTEMPTED TO PERFORM A GO AROUND BY APPLYING FULL POWER BUT WAS NOT ABLE TO GET ENOUGH AIR SPEED TO RECOVER. CAUSING THE AIRCRAFT TO TOUCH DOWN IN THE GRASS MEDIAN NEXT TO RUNWAY 35, THE LEFT AND NOSE LANDING GEAR TOUCHED DOWN IN THE GRASS AND THE PROP STRUCK THE GRASS CAUSING THE AIRCRAFT TO FLIP ON ITS BACK.
