## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON APRIL 9, 2014, AT APPROXIMATELY 2348L, C-GOAB, A CANADIAN REGISTERED FALCON 2000, WAS TAXIING OUT OF THE JET AVIATION RAMP WHEN IT STRUCK THE WING OF N711PE, ANOTHER FALCON 2000. THE DAMAGE WAS DISCOVERED BY RAMP PERSONNEL AFTER THE AIRCRAFT DEPARTED.

THE TWO AIRCRAFT WERE PARKED VERY CLOSELY TO EACH OTHER ON TAXIWAY "M". THE CREW OF THE CANADIAN AIRCRAFT REQUESTED TO BE MOVED; HOWEVER, THE PASSENGERS FOR THE AIRCRAFT ARRIVED BEFORE THE TUG DID AND THE CREW TAXIED OUT. THEY DID NOT HAVE A LINE SERVICE TECHNICIAN MARSHALING THEM.

THE CREW OF THE CANADIAN AIRCRAFT WERE UNAWARE OF THE INCIDENT UNTIL THEY RECEIVED A CALL FROM THEIR DISPATCH THE NEXT DAY. THERE WAS MINOR DAMAGE TO BOTH AIRCRAFT'S WINGTIPS.

05/27/2014 AMENDMENT CREATED TO ADD "FOREIGN PILOT" TO BOTH PILOTS IN BLOCK 31 AS REQUESTED BY AFS-620.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
