## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AIRCRAFT N503PD MADE A PRECAUTIONARY LANDING AT SANDRA DAY O?CONNER HIGH SCHOOL AFTER EXPERIENCING A LOSS OF POWER FROM THE ENGINE. THE PILOT DID AUTO ROTATED AND LANDED WITHOUT DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT OR INJURIES TO HIMSELF.

THE AIRCRAFT WAS TAKEN BY TRAILER TO GLENDALE AIRPORT WHERE AN INSPECTION OF THE ENGINE WAS MADE. IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT TWO SPARK PLUGS WERE BAD AND THE OPERATOR CHANGED ALL ENGINE SPARK PLUGS. THE COMPRESSION CHECK WAS GOOD AND ALL OTHER INSPECTIONS WERE SATISFACTORY. THE AIRCRAFT WAS TEST RAN AND THEN FLOWN WITH NO PROBLEMS.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
