PILOT DEPARTED WINFIELD, KS (WLD) ON A VFR FLIGHT, TO  OLATHE, KS (OJC).  ABOUT 15 MILES SOUTHWEST OF OJC, THE ENGINE LOST POWER.  HE LANDED IN A FIELD NEXT TO A PRIVATE AIR STRIP NEAR SPRING HILL, KS. WITH NO DAMAGE OR INJURIES.  INVESTIGATION REVEALED CONTAMINATED FUEL IN THE RIGHT FUEL TANK.
