## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AIRCRAFT IS CURRENTLY ON 14 CFR PART 135 D085 OPS SPEC. THIS FLIGHT WAS CONDUCTED AS A 14 CFR PART 91 TRIP AS PER THE FLIGHT CREW AND TRIP SUMMARY LOGS.

THE AIRCRAFT LANDED ON RUNWAY 24 AT TETERBORO AIRPORT (TEB) WITH THE APU OPERATING PER THE OPERATING CHECKLIST. ON TOUCHDOWN, THE FIRE WARNING BELL SOUNDED AND THE APU FIRE ANNUNCIATOR WAS ACTIVATED. THE APU SHUT DOWN WAS COMPLETED AUTOMATICALLY AND VERIFIED BY THE FLIGHT CREW. THE FIRE BELL AND ANNUNCIATOR DID NOT RESET AFTER THE SHUTDOWN. THE FLIGHT CREW DISCHARGED THE APU FIRE BOTTLE AND EXITED THE RUNWAY.

THE FLIGHT CREW ALERTED AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL OF THE SITUATION AND REQUESTED IMMEDIATE FIRE & RESCUE ASSISTANCE. THE AIRCRAFT WAS STOPPED ON TAXIWAY QUEBEC AND THE FLIGHT CREW PERFORMED THE EMERGENCY CHECKLIST BY SHUTTING DOWN ALL ENGINES, SYSTEMS, AND POWER. BOTH FLIGHT CREW MEMBERS AND PASSENGERS COMMENCED AN EMERGENCY EVACUATION ONTO THE TAXIWAY. THE EMERGENCY EVACUATION WAS COMMENCED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THEIR PROCEDURES AND WAS PRECAUTIONARY.

ARFF RESPONDED AND LATER CONFIRMED THAT THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE OF AN ACTUAL FIRE. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED AND TOWED TO THE RAMP AREA. PASSENGERS AND CREW WERE TRANSPORTED TO THE FBO. NO FATALITIES OR INJURIES WERE REPORTED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
