## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOTS OF AIRCRAFT #1 AND #2 WERE HEADING NORTHEAST ON A PREARRANGED RENDEZVOUS COURSE. AIRCRAFT #1 WAS CRUISING APPROXIMATELY 150 MPH. AIRCRAFT #2 WAS APPROXIMATELY 235 MPH. PILOT #2 ADVISED PILOT #1 THAT HE WOULD CROSS BEHIND AND PASS LOW AND OUTSIDE ON THE LEFT. AS PILOT #2 WAS PASSING PILOT#1 IN CLOSE PROXIMITY, TRAJECTORY CAUSED COLLISION OF AIRCRAFT.
