## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT STATED THAT DUE TO THE WIND DIRECTION HE OPTED TO LAND ON RWY 13, GRASS STRIP AT THE WAYNE, NE AIRPORT. PILOT TOUCHED DOWN SHORT OF THE GRASS STRIP RWY AND DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF RAIN THE AIRPORT HAS RECEIVED THE GRASS AREA WAS SOFT AND MUDDY. ON LANDING, THE NOSE WHEEL SUNK IN CAUSING THE AIRCRAFT TO FLIP ON ITS TOP.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)
