## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE AIRCRAFT OWNER NEEDED TO REPOSITION HIS AIRCRAFT FROM CALDWELL AIRPORT (EUL) TO HUBLER FIELD (PVT). WHILE ENROUTE TO HUBLER FIELD THE AIRCRAFT OWNER DECIDED TO DO SOME TOUCH AND GO'S AT PAYETTE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT (S75). ON HIS FIRST ATTEMPT HIS LEFT WING DIPPED CLOSE TO THE GROUND, HE ADDED POWER TO TRY TO CORRECT AND CLIMB AND SUBSEQUENTLY STALLED THE AIRCRAFT ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE RUNWAY.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

- [NTSB WPR14CA275](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/WPR14CA275), Jul 1, 2014: Hoffman David K Hoffman BMW Airtrike (N190DH), Payette, ID, substantial damage. Probable cause: The pilot's failure to maintain adequate airspeed during the go-around which resulted in a stall.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
