@ 0800, FSDO- 17 WAS NOTIFIED ME OF A REPORTED AIRCRAFT DIVERSION INTO PHILADELPHIA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. THE REPORT (FAA FORM 8020-9) SHOWS THAT A GULSTREAM G1159A, S/N 323 AND REGISTERED AS XA-LNP LANDED AT PHL AT 04:55 EDT ON 07/09/2014 WITH THE FOLLOWING CONCERN:

WHILE CLIMBING THROUGH 390 TO FL430 THE RIGHT AFT-MOST PASSENGER WINDOW CRACKED AND BLEW OUT. THEN THE RIGHT ENGINE FLAMED OUT. THE CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY WITH NY CENTER AND DIVERTED TO LAND AT PHILADELPHIA INTERNATIONAL, RUNWAY 27L. AIRPORT FIRE AND RESCUE DISPATCHED AND THE AIRCRAFT TAXIED TO THE RAMP (ATLANTIC AVIATION) WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
