## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE AIRCRAFT WITH TWO PEOPLE ON BOARD WAS ATTEMPTING A TAKEOFF ON RUNWAY 32 AT JEFFERSON MUNICIPAL AIRCRAFT. THE AIRCRAFT WAS REPORTED TO REACH 30 TO 40FT OF ALTITUDE WHILE STRUGGLING TO CLIMB. IT THEN ENTERED A SLIGHT DECENDING RIGHT TURN AND LANDED UNDER CONTROL IN A BEAN FIELD ABOUT 300 YARDS TO THE NORTH(DEPARTURE END) OF RUNWAY 32. IT STOPPED QUICKLY IN THE FIELD WITH NO DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT AND NO INJURIES TO OCCUPANTS.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
