## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON JULY 16TH PILOT STATED TO ON-SCENE SHERIFF DEPUTY THAT HE HAD TO MAKE AN EMERGENCY LANDING AND THE RUDDER FAILED. BECAUSE OF FAILURE THE AIRCRAFT ENDED UP IN A DITCH.

IN AUGUST THE PILOT STATED IN A WRITTEN STATEMENT HE WAS PERFORMING HI-SPEED TAXI TEST, STARTED LOSING CONTROL, AND ENDED UP IN THE DITCH.

IN SEPTEMBER THE PILOT STATED HE TOOK-OFF DURING A HIGH-SPEED TAXI (ON THE SAME LOCAL ROAD HE ENDED UP IN THE DITCH) BECAUSE THE AIRCRAFT WAS OUT-OF-CONTROL DURING THE HIGH-SPEED TAXI.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
