## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AFTER A PRACTICE NIGHT LANDING ON RUNWAY 10 THE PILOT STATED THAT HE WAS TAXIING OFF OF THE RUNWAY TO A TAXI WAY BUT INSTEAD WAS ON THE GRASS AND STRUCK A TAXI WAY SIGN. HE WAS NOT INJURED AND PROCEEDED TO TAXI TO THE PARKING RAMP. PHOTOGRAPHS TAKEN THE NEXT DAY BY THE AIRPORT MANAGER AND GIVEN TO THE FAA SHOW SKID MARKS FROM THE SIDE OF THE RUNWAY AND TOWARDS THE SIGN. THIS WOULD INDICATE A PROBLEM WITH LANDING ROLLOUT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
