## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON JULY 20, 2014, AT 1430 CDT, LEARJET 45-40 REGISTRATION NUMBER N145MW, BLEW ALL FOUR MAIN LANDING GEAR TIRES, DEPARTED THE PAVED SURFACE TWICE, AND GROUND LOOPED 180 DEGREES DURING A LANDING ON RUNWAY 07 AT MIDLAND AIRPARK (KMDD) IN MIDLAND, TEXAS. THIS WAS A REPOSITIONING FLIGHT FOR A PART 135 AIRCRAFT.

VISUAL METEOROLOGICAL CONDITIONS PREVAILED AT THE TIME AND NO FLIGHT PLAN WAS FILED. THE AIRCRAFT RECEIVED MINOR DAMAGE. THE FLIGHT CREW WAS NOT INJURED. THE FLIGHT ORIGINATED FROM MIDLAND INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (KMAF), MIDLAND, TEXAS, ON JULY 20, 2014 AT 1420 CDT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
