THE CFI STATED THAT HE WHEN THE AIRCRAFT STARTED TO THE RIGHT HE ADDED MORE POWER BUT COULD NOT OVERCOME THE RIGHT TURN WITH LEFT RUDDER. HE ALSO STATED THAT THEY NEVER RAISED THE TAIL WHEEL OFF THE RUNWAY DURING THE TAKE-OFF.
