## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AIRCRAFT WAS LANDING RWY 9 KOSH , USING EAA AIRVENTURE RADIO MONITOR ONLY ARRIVAL PROCEDURES, WHEN A GUST FRONT WAS ENCOUNTERED JUST AS THE AIRCRAFT TOUCHED DOWN. WINDS HAD BEEN FROM THE NORTH AND STEADY IN THE TEENS BUT THE GUST FRONT HAD WINDS FROM THE NORTH AT UP TO 26KTS. AIRCRAFT BOUNCED AND NOSEWHEEL COLLAPSED RESULTING IN PROPELLER STRIKE WITH GROUND. AIRCRAFT SLID TO EDGE OF RUNWAY ON NOSE GEAR TUBE. TWO OCCUPANTS NO INJURIES.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
