## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT WAS ATTEMPTING TO ARRIVE AT OSH. ARRIVED IN AREA PRIOR TO OSH AIRSPACE REOPENING FOLLOWING AIRSHOW SO PILOT ORBITED WEST OF OSH. WHEN OSH AIRSPACE REOPENED THUNDERSTORMS HAD MOVED INTO OSH. PILOT DIVERTED TO ATW. PILOT STATED DUE TO SLOW SPEED AND LOW ALTITUDE HE DID NOT FOLLOW NORMAL PROFILE FOR ADDING DRAG AND FORGOT TO LOWER LANDING GEAR. LANDED ON RUNWAY 21 WITH GEAR NOT SELECTED DOWN. PILOT ALSO HAD TRAVELED FROM ITALY TWO DAYS PRIOR AND STATED THAT HE WAS STILL DEALING WITH TIME CHANGE AND JET LAG.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
