## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

GEAR INDICATED "NOT SAFE" WHEN EXTENDED. FLAP AND THROTTLE HORN INDICATION CONFIRMED GEAR NOT SAFE. GEAR UNSAFE LAMP TESTED OK. ENGINE WAS SECURED PRIOR/AT TOUCH DOWN.

LANDED AND AFTER APPROXIMATELY 1000' ROLLOUT THE NOSE GEAR RETRACTED. DURING RECOVERY FROM RUNWAY THE NOSE WAS RAISED, AND THE NOSE GEAR ASSEMBLY WAS VIGEROUSLY KICKED SEVERAL TIMES INTO THE FULL EXTENTION POSITION. AT THIS TIME THE NOSE GEAR ACTUATOR LOCKING CLASP DEPLOYED, LOCKED, AND THE GEAR ASSEMBLY INDICATED DOWN AND LOCKED (SINGLE GREEN LAMP ANNUNCIATOR).

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
