## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ WAS ACTING AS THE PILOT-IN- COMMAND OF N8446G, A CESSNA 150F AIRCRAFT. ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^, MILLERSPORT, OHIO, USA IS THE REGISTERED OWNER OF THE AIRCRAFT. ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ DEPARTED A PRIVATELY OWNED GRASS STRIP IN BALTIMORE, OHIO IN A CESSNA 150F. HE ATTEMPTED A TAKE-OFF BUT ROTATED TO A HIGH PITCH ATTITUDE BEFORE REACHING ROTATION AIRSPEED. AFTER BECOMING AIRBORNE THE AIRCRAFT STALLED AND IMPACTED THE GROUND. THERE WERE NO INJURIES. THE AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED MINOR DAMAGE TO THE RIGHT WING, LANDING GEAR AND PROPELLER. ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ PROVIDED A STATEMENT IN WHICH HE DESCRIBED THE EVENTS AS OUTLINED ABOVE. ALSO, IN THE COURSE OF QUESTIONING ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^, HE DISCLOSED THAT HE DID NOT HOLD A PILOT CERTIFICATE OR MEDICAL CERTIFICATE AND KNOWINGLY OPERATED THE AIRCRAFT WITHOUT HOLDING THE REQUIRED CERTIFICATES.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
