## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AIRCRAFT LANDED ON RUNWAY 5L AND THE NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED. PILOT EXITED AIRCRAFT AND WALKED TO GRASS ON RUNDWAY EDGE. NO INJURIES OCCURRED. PILOT WAS 61.56 CURRENT AND HELD A CURRENT MEDICAL CERTIFICATE AT THE TIME. HORIZON AVIONICS INSPECTED THE LANDING GEAR AFTER THE INCIDENT. THEY DID NOT FIND ANY MECHANICAL ABNORMALITIES: THE LANDING GEAR CYCLED CORRECTLY IN BOTH DIRECTIONS WITH ALL THREE GEAR LOCKS ENGAGING. THE RESULTS OF THE INSPECTION ARE INCONCLUSIVE FOR DETERMINING THE CAUSE OF THE GEAR COLLAPSE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
