## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON SEPTEMBER 20, 2014 AT 1357 LOCAL, ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ DEPARTED RUNWAY 24 AT KAXQ IN N4017C, A CHALLENGER II. IMMEDIATELY AFTER LIFT OFF, THE AIRCRAFT BANKED LEFT AND CONTINUED TO CLIMB. UPON REACHING APPROXIMATELY 100 FEET, THE AIRCRAFTS BANK INCREASED TO THE LEFT, THE AIRCRAFT CONTINUED TURNING AROUND 360 DEGREES AND NOSED OVER INTO THE GRASS BETWEEN RUNWAY 24 AND TAXIWAY "A" AT KAXQ. A VISUAL INSPECTION OF THE AIRCRAFT REVEALED THAT, THOUGH THE FLIGHT AND ENGINE CONTROLS WERE DAMAGED, ALL INDICATIONS SHOWED THAT THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN INTACT PRIOR TO IMPACT. THERE WAS SEVERE DAMAGE TO THE FORWARD FUSELAGE, LEFT WING AND ENGINE MOUNT. A REVIEW OF THE MAINTENENCE RECORDS SHOWED THAT THE AIRCRAFT HAD RECENTLY BEEN INSPECTED AND FLOWN WITH NO DISCREPENCIES NOTED.
