## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

A STUDENT PILOT ENROLLED IN PART 141 PRIVATE PILOT COURSE, ON A SUPERVISED SOLO FLIGHT, LOST CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT ON LANDING ROLLOUT AND DEPARTED THE 3000-FT RUNWAY SURFACE TO THE LEFT SIDE, ABOUT 2/3 OF THE WAY DOWN THE RUNWAY. AIRCRAFT CAME TO A STOP IN THE GRASS WITHOUT DAMAGE, BUT THE STUDENT ELECTED TO TAXI THE AIRCRAFT BACK TOWARDS THE RUNWAY AND STRUCK A RUNWAY LIGHT WITH THE PROPELLER. THE AIRCRAFT WAS THEN TOWED TO MAINTENANCE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
