## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AIRCRAFT N151PW A GULFSTREAM G150, SERIAL NUMBER 310, LANDED AT SANTA ROSA AIRPORT, CA ON RUNWAY 32 AND SLID OFF THE DEPARTURE END OF THE RUNWAY INTO THE DIRT. THE AIRCRAFT SLID INTO MUD AND GOT STUCK. THE LEFT HAND LANDING GEAR DOOR STRUCK A TAXI LIGHT CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE SKIN/ LEADING EDGE OF THE LANDING GEAR DOOR. INITIAL REPORT FROM THE PILOTS IS THE THRUST REVERSERS FAILED TO DEPLOY.

THE COCKPIT VOICE RECORDER PROVIDED PROOF THE AIRCRAFT WAS HIGH AND FAST ON AN UNSTABLE APPROCH JUST SECONDS PRIOR TO LANDING AND COULD NOT CONFIRM THE THRUST REVERSERES WERE EVER ACTIVATED PRIOR TO ATTEMPTING TO DEPLOY THEM.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
