## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ OF THIS AIRCRAFT WAS CONCLUDING A PERSONAL PLEASURE FLIGHT AND WAS LANDING ON RUNWAY 22 AT SRB. NEITHER THE PILOT OR THE PILOTS WIFE, WHO WAS THE SOLE PASSENGER, RECEIVED ANY INJURES. THE FLIGHT ORIGINATED AT (SRB) UPPER CUMBERLAND REGIONAL AIRPORT WHERE THE AIRCRAFT IS BASED.

THE PILOT STATED THAT HE LOST CONTROL ON LANDING DUE TO CROSS WIND. HE TOUCHED THE BRAKE IN ORDER TO CORRECT FOR THE WIND AND NOSED OVER.

THE AIRCRAFT PROPELLER WAS DESTROYED AND NOSE COWL WAS SLIGHTLY SKINNED. THE RIGHT WING TIP HAD SMALL DENT ON LEADING EDGE. NO OTHER DAMAGE NOTED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
