## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON FINAL PILOT CONFIRMED RUNWAY INSIGHT, LANDING GEAR LIGHTS GREEN. LANDING WAS ON THE MAINS AND THEN THE NOSE WHEEL TOUCHED DOWN AND PILOT USED AERODYNAMIC BRAKING TO SLOW THE AIRCRAFT. THE AIRCRAFT SLOWED TO A TURN OFF SPEED AND STARTED TURNING TOWARD THE TAXIWAY EXIT. WHILE TURNING, THE NOSE OF THE AIRCRAFT STARTED TO SLOWLY DESCEND UNTIL THE COWLING WAS RESTING ON THE GROUND AND THE PROP STOP. THE PROP STRUCK THE GROUND. CAUSING SEVERE DAMAGE TO THE PROP. THE GEAR SHOWS NO DAMAGE. THE NOSE GEAR NEEDS TO BE SWUNG TO DETERMINE CAUSE. AIRCRAFT IS AT HANGAR IN ORDER TO TROUBLESHOOT THE NOSE LANDING GEAR PROBLEM.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
