## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON FEBRUARY 2ND, 2015 AFTER NORMAL PREFLIGHT AND ENGINE START OPERATIONS THE FLIGHT CREW RECEIVED A TAXI CLEARANCE FROM DVT-ATC. PARAPHRASING, TAXI TO RWY 25L VIA TAXIWAY A, A13; HOLD SHORT OF RWY 25L. IT WAS THE TAXI CLEARANCE THEY EXPECTED AND BRIEFED. AS THEY STARTED TO TAXI THE CREW COMMENCED WITH ALL TAXI CHECKLIST ITEMS AND COMPLETED. AS THE PILOTS APPROACHED THE 90 DEGREE TURN FROM TAXIWAY *A* ONTO TAXIWAY *A13* THEY DISCUSSED THE NARROW TAXIWAY AND THE TIGHT 90 DEGREE TURN. DURING THE TURN, EVEN THOUGH THEY FAVORED THE LEFT SIDE OF THE TAXIWAY, THE RIGHT MAIN WHEELS WENT OFF THE TAXIWAY. THEY IMMEDIATLY CONTACTED GROUND CONTROL FOR ASSISTANCE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
