## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON 2/9/2015, AT APPROXIMATELY 0630, N30EA (PILOTED BY^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^) AND N70EA HAD A HEAD ON COLLISION ON THE RAMP OF THE SEBASTIAN MUNICIPAL AIRPORT. BOTH AIRCRAFT WERE LINED UP SIDE BY SIDE (WING TO WING) READY TO DEPART TO SJU. BOTH PILOTS PERFORMED A PREFLIGHT INSPECTION OF THEIR AIRCRAFT AND STARTED THE ENGINES ON THE AIRCRAFT. ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ HAD TURNED THE ENGINES ON AND ABOUT TO GET THE GENERATORS ON LINE WHEN SHE NOTICED THE AIRCRAFT STARTED TO MOVE TO THE LEFT. ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ STATED THAT THE BRAKES DID NOT PROPERLY OPERATE AND RAN INTO N70EA. ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ DID NOT NOTICE THE OTHER AIRCRAFT UNTIL IT WAS TOO LATE. AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGES TO BOTH RIGHT ENGINES, PROPELLERS, WINGS, AND FUSELAGE.
