TWO WITNESSES WHILE FISHING REPORTED SEEING THE AIRCRAFT FLY OVERHEAD SEVERAL TIMES THEN HEARD THE ENGINE ?SPUTTER FOLLOWED BY HIGH REVVING JUST BEFORE A LOUD CRASH?.
