## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

INTERVIEW WITH SURVIVING PASSENGER REVEALS THAT AIRCRAFT SUFFERED A LOSS OF CONTROL AFTER TAKEOFF AND CRASHED INTO TREES. DECEASED PILOT FELL FROM TREES WHICH CAUSED HIS FATAL INJURIES. AIRCRAFT WAS INITIALLY REPORTED TO BE A NON CERTIFICATED AIRCRAFT BUT LATER WAS BELIEVED TO BE N7504K. INSPECTORS WERE ABLE TO VIEW AIRCRAFT AT PASSENGER ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ HOME ON JULY 27TH, 2015 AND BASED ON OBSERVATIONS MADE, THE AIRCRAFT HAS NO FAA REGISTRATION AS WELL AS A DIFFERENT ENGINE MAKE AND MODEL THAN N7504K. ONLY POST CRASH DAMAGE WAS NOTED ON AIRCRAFT AND ENGINE WAS GROUND RUN SUCCESSFULLY. WIFE OF DECEASED WAS CONTACTED AND SHE HAS NO INFORMATION REGARDING N7504K.

## NTSB investigation

None matched to this report by aircraft and date. Search the NTSB's own records: https://data.ntsb.gov/carol-main-public/basic-search

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
