## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

UPON LANDING BACK AT KLVS AT 110 MPH, THE PILOT COULD NOT MAINTAIN DIRECTIONAL CONTROL DUE TO AERODYNAMIC FORCES ON THE AIRCRAFT CAUSED BY LOSS OF THE DOOR. THE PILOT STATED THAT HE HAD FULL LEFT RUDDER AND LANDED TO THE LEFT OF CENTER LINE. AIRCRAFT VEERED TO THE RIGHT AND OFF OF THE RUNWAY INTO THE MUD. THE RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR WHEEL ASSEMBLY BROKE OFF FROM THE LANDING GEAR AT THAT POINT. THERE WERE NO INJURIES IN THIS INCIDENT.NO FLIGHT PLAN WAS FILED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
