## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT APPLIED POWER FOR TAKEOFF AND AT ABOUT 100 FEET INTO TAKEOFF ROLL, THE PILOT SEAT PINS DISENGAGED AND THE SEAT SLID INTO FAR AFT POSITION. PILOT REDUCED POWER, BUT WAS UNABLE TO MAINTAIN RUDDER CONTROL AND THE AIRCRAFT WENT OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE RUNWAY. AIRCRAFT HIT THE RUNWAY 18 VASI BEFORE PILOT COULD GET BACK UP TO THE CONTROLS AND STOP THE AIRCRAFT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
