## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON APRIL 7, 2015, REPUBLIC AIRLINES FLIGHT 4924, A BOMBARDIER DHC-8-400, ENCOUNTERED UNEXPECTED MODERATE TURBULENCE DURING DESCENT INTO DENVER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (DIA). THE PASSENGER FLIGHT WAS OPERATING UNDER 14 CODE OF FEDERAL REGULATIONS PART 121 AND ORIGINATED FROM DURANGO-LA PLATA COUNTY AIRPORT (DRO). THE FASTEN SEATBELT SIGN WAS ILLUMINATED AND THE FLIGHT ATTENDANTS WERE COMPLETING DUTIES WHEN TURBULENCE WAS ENCOUNTERED. ONE FLIGHT ATTENDANT SUSTAINED MINOR INJURIES.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
