## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE FLIGHT CREW (NO PAX) AND AIRCRAFT EXPERIENCED AN OVER-PRESSURIZATION INCIDENT ENROUTE AT FL430. THE PILOTS FOLLOWED THE AIRCRAFT FLIGHT MANUAL (AFM) PROCEDURES AND EXECUTED A NORMAL LANDING AT FXE. AN INITIAL INSPECTION PERFORMED BY THE FLIGHT CREW DID NOT REVEAL ANY INDICATIONS OF DAMAGE. THE AIRCRAFT WAS FLOWN TO A MAINTENANCE FACILITY AT BCT ON THE FOLLOWING DAY.

THE INITIAL INSPECTION CONDUCTED BY THE REPAIR FACILITY REPORTED DISCREPANCIES INCLUDING THE AIRCRAFTS AURAL WARNING SPEAKER WAS DETERIORATED AND THE VOLUME WAS NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY. ALSO, THE OUTFLOW VALVE SAFETY PORT WAS PLUGGED WITH MUD AND BUG RESIDUE AND WAS NOT FUNCTIONING.

GULFSTREAM AEROSPACE CORP. REPRESENTATIVES INSPECTED THE AIRCRAFT AND REPORTED DISCREPANCIES INCLUDING A CRACKED FLOOR BEAM, DAMAGED WING LINKS, AND DIMPLED AREAS IN THE FLOORBOARDS.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
