## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT REPORTED THAT WHILE ABOUT 3 TO 5 FEET ABOVE THE RUNWAY ON LANDING ON RUNWAY 14 AT 21D WITH A 30 DEGREE CROSSWIND, HE ENCOUNTERED A WIND GUST. THE AIRCRAFT DRIFTED SIDEWAYS AND THE LEFT WING AND FLAP STRUCK 2 RUNWAY LIGHTS. THE PILOT REPORTED THAT THE WHEELS OF THE AIRCRAFT NEVER LEFT THE RUNWAY.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
