ENROUTE CREW DECLARED EMERGENCY DUE TO SMOKE & ODER IN COCKPIT DIVERTED TO FWA. UNABLE TO CONTROL RH PACK TEMP DUE TO PREVIOUS  TROUBLE SHOOTING CAUSING PACK TEMP INDICATOR CANNON PLUGS TO BE SWAPPED, THERE FORE TRYING TO CONTROL/COOL THE WRONG PACK.
