## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON APRIL 15, 2015, THE PILOT OF AIRCRAFT N666AG WAS ATTEMPTING TO LAND ON RUNWAY 4 AT KCDW. THE PILOT STATED THAT DURING FINAL APPROACH, JUST BEFORE TOUCH DOWN HE EXPERIENCED A GUST OF WIND. THIS FORCED THE AIRCRAFT TO (BALLOON) BOUNCE OFF RUNWAY MULTIPLE TIMES. EXECUTING A GO AROUND THE AIRCRAFT'S (N666AG) LEFT FLAP STRUCK THE RUNWAY MARKING SIGN ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE RUNWAY CAUSING MINOR DAMAGE TO AIRCRAFT'S LEFT FLAP.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
