## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PIC SAID SHE WAS A BIT LOW, BUT ON SPEED. SHE SAID SHE EXTENDED HER FLAPS TO 25 DEGREES AND SAW SHE WAS NOT GOING TO LAND ON THE RUNWAY. SHE SAID SHE JUST DECIDED TO LAND A FEW FEET SHORT OF THE RUNWAY.

THE PIC SAID SHE TOUCHED DOWN NOSE WHEEL FIRST AND BOUNCED. AS THE AIRCRAFT BOUNCED AND ROLLED FORWARD TO THE RUNWAY, THE NOSE WHEEL STRUCK A RUNWAY END LIGHT CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE NOSE GEAR ASSEMBLY.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
