## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON APRIL 24, 2015, AT APPROXIMATELY 11:00 AM EASTERN DAYLIGHT TIME, A PIPER SENECA PA-34, N33646, SUSTAINED MINOR DAMAGE WHEN THE AIRCRAFT'S LEFT MAIN GEAR ASSEMBLY COLLAPSED ON LANDING ROLL OUT. DURING THE ROLLOUT, THE PILOT HEARD A WARNING HORN AND NOTICED THE LEFT-WING LOWERING TOWARDS THE PAVEMENT. THE AIRCRAFT CAME TO REST APPROXIMATELY 100 FEET BEYOND TAXIWAY ALPHA THREE, FACING SOUTH, PARTIALLY OFF THE RUNWAY. THE AIRLINE TRANSPORT PILOT OCCUPANT WAS NOT INJURED AND THERE WERE NO PASSENGERS ON BOARD. THE AIRPLANE WAS REGISTERED TO 646 LEASE HOLDING LLC OF FISHERS, INDIANA AND WAS BEING OPERATED UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF 14 CODE OF FEDERAL REGULATIONS PART 91. VISUAL METEOROLOGICAL CONDITIONS PREVAILED. THE PILOT WAS FLYING A VFR CROSS-COUNTRY FROM SEYMOUR AIRPORT, INDIANA TO EAGLE CREEK AIRPORT, INDIANA.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
