## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON APRIL 30, 2015 AROUND 1156 MST, N750FY, AN EXPERIMENTAL AMATEUR-BUILT ZENITH STOL CH750 AIRCRAFT, POWERED AT HIGH RPM, TAXIED OUT OF CONTROL FROM A SELF SERVE FUEL STATION, AFTER THE PILOT HAND PROPPED THE AIRCRAFT FOR START. THE ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^PILOT SUSTAINED MINOR INJURIES AND THE AIRCRAFT CAME TO REST ON ITS NOSE AFTER TAXIING OFF THE RAMP AREA INTO THE ROCKS. THE AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED MINOR DAMAGE TO THE LEFT WING, NOSE LANDING GEAR, ENGINE NACELLE AND PROPELLER.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
