## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON OR ABOUT MAY 7, 2015, MOONEY M20E, N79399, WAS TAXIING AT MAHLON SWEET FIELD (KEUG), EUGENE , OREGON ATTEMPTING TO TAXI AROUND A PARKED LARGE CORPORATE JET. THE PILOT FELT THE LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR DROP OF THE RAMP AND THE AIRCRAFT DROPPED DOWN AND PITCHED FORWARD. THE PILOT SAID HE HEARD A LOUD BANG AND THOUGHT HE HAD DAMAGED THE MAIN LANDING GEAR. HE TAXIED FORWARD BACK ON TO THE RAMP, SHUT DOWN THE AIRCRAFT AND INSPECTED THE GEAR. SEEING NO DAMAGE, HE CONTINUED HIS PLANNED FLIGHT TO CORVALLIS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT (KCVO). THE FLIGHT WAS UNEVENTFUL WITH NO UNUSUAL VIBRATIONS NOTED.

AFTER LANDING, A MECHANIC POINTED OUT HIS DAMAGED PROP. THE PROP BLADES ARE BEYOND REPAIRABLE LIMITS.

AIRCRAFT WAS OUT OF ANNUAL AT THE TIME OF THE INCIDENT

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
