## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

DURING LANDING ON RUNWAY 9 AT GROUBY FIELD, PRATTVILLE, AL, THE AIRPLANE BOUNCED BACK INTO THE AIR AND THEN TOUCHED DOWN WITH THE NOSE OF THE AIRPLANE AT A 45 DEGREE ANGLE TO THE RUNWAY. AIRPLANE VEERED LEFT OFF THE RUNWAY AND CAME TO A STOP IN A DITCH FACING 270 DEGREES. THE RIGHT MAIN GEAR WAS SHEARED OFF. THE RIGHT WING TIP AND THE RIGHT TIP OF THE HORIZONTAL STABILIZER WERE SLIGHTLY DAMAGED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
