## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE PILOT REPORTED THAT ON 5/15/2015 AT 1630 LCL HE ATTEMPTED TO DEPART TOLEDO SUBURBAN AIRPORT FOR A SHORT LOCAL FLIGHT. SHORTLY AFTER STARTING TO ROLL AT ABOUT 20 KNOTS HE RETRACTED THE MANUAL LANDING GEAR. THE AIRCRAFT SLID TO A STOP ON THE RUNWAY.

THE AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED PROPELLER DAMAGE AND MINOR DAMAGE TO THE BELLY AND BOTTOM OF THE WINGS. THERE IS ALSO SOME SKIN WRINKLING ON THE UPPER RIGHT WING. THERE IS NO OBVIOUS WING SPAR DAMAGE. NTSB AND FAA AGREED THAT THE DAMAGE WAS MINOR AND THEREFORE AN INCIDENT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
