## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE NON-CERTIFICATED PILOT TOOK OFF ON RUNWAY 4 AT LEBANON. A VIDEO SHOWED THE AIRPLANE SLOWLY YAWING AND BANKING LEFT, AS IF NO RIGHT RUDDER WAS USED AFTER ROTATION. AT APPROXIMATELY 200 FEET AGL, THE AIRCRAFT STALLED, LOST ALTITUDE, STALLED AGAIN, AND THEN ENTERED A STEEP LEFT HAND BANK. GROUND SCARS INDICATED THAT THE AIRCRAFT IMPACTED THE GROUND ON THE WEST SIDE OF RUNWAY 4, HEADING SOUTH.
