## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON MAY 28, 2015, AT APPROXIMATELY 1300 CDT, A PIPER PA-42, N238PC, REGISTERED TO BLUE WATER SOLUTIONS, INC, TAXIED OFF THE SIDE OF THE TAXIWAY WITH THE LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR AT THE HOUSTON SOUTHWEST AIRPORT, AN UNCONTROLLED AIRPORT LOCATED IN HOUSTON, TX. WHILE TAXIING OUT FOR TAKEOFF, THE PILOT DIRECTED THE AIRCRAFT TO THE LEFT SIDE OF THE TAXIWAY TO ALLOW CLEARANCE FOR A GOLF CART TO PASS. THE LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR WENT OFF THE TAXIWAY ONTO THE GRASS AND IMBEDDED ITSELF INTO THE SOFT GROUND. VISUAL METEOROLOGICAL CONDITIONS PREVAILED AT THE TIME AND AN IFR FLIGHT PLAN WAS FILED. THE AIRCRAFT SUBSTAINED NO DAMAGE AND THE PILOT, AND PASSENGERS SUSTAINED NO INJURIES.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
